On 7th September 2010, Mr. Kan Seng Kwan, the founder and chairman of C S Commercial (Ipoh) Sdn. Bhd., aged 72, passed away peacefully in his home due to old age and health complications.

This Company that he left behind is built single-handedly by Mr. Kan and his beloved wife, Mdm. Tan from scratch beginning from 1978. The business was initially started from their matrimonial home at Ipoh Garden East and was subsequently shifted to a shophouse lot nearby. Over the years, the business has been carefully grown by the late Mr. Kan and is now located at its current address. This business has been established for over 30 years with a clientele of about 1500 throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah.

The late Mr. Kan's guiding motto in life is, "Whether in life or in business, Trust and Honesty are the most important aspects that we must always practise."

The management and staff of C S Commercial (Ipoh) Sdn. Bhd. would like to express their gratitude to all the beloved relatives, close friends and associates, and long time business associates of the late Mr. Kan Seng Kwan for their company and support, both moral as well as monetary throughout this period.
